RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item due to a quality issue, please contact us within 60 calendar days of delivery.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT

Our return and replacement policy is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered after this period.
To be eligible, the item must be:
-Unused and in its original condition;
-In the original packaging.
Items that are damaged, altered, missing parts (for reasons not attributable to us), or returned after 60 days will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please do not return items without first contacting us.
Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Important: Do not ship your return until you have received email confirmation with the authorized return address.

Eligibility: Returns and replacements are only available for devices purchased directly from skifir.com. For purchases made through third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.
Refund/Replacement Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm its eligibility under warranty, we will issue a full refund or replacement for approved products.

Condition Requirements:
Devices must be in “as new” condition, ideally with the original sealed packaging.
Accessories must be new, unopened, and unused to qualify for a refund.
If an accessory is returned without a valid reason, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

FAULTY DEVICE / DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
If your device is found to be faulty or dead on arrival, we will reimburse the return shipping fee after confirming the issue and verifying warranty coverage.
