I. Core Operation Steps

1. Preparation: Comb your hair to ensure the scalp is dry and clean, free of oil, water stains or residue of hair care products; take out the red light hair growth cap and the matching power adapter.
2. Wearing: Cover the head evenly with the red light hair growth cap, adjust the elastic band to fit the scalp snugly without being tight, and ensure that the electrode pads (if any) inside the cap are in full contact with the scalp.
3. Connecting Power: Insert one end of the power adapter into the interface of the red light hair growth cap, and the other end into a household power socket (confirm that the voltage is consistent with the product label).
4. Startup Settings: Press the power button of the red light hair growth cap, select the preset mode (such as Red Light Mode, Blue Light Mode, Infrared Mode) and usage duration (regular recommendation: 20-30 minutes per session) according to needs; the device starts working when the indicator light is on after startup.
