Core Process: Preparation → Wearing → Setting → Operation → Cleaning & Storage
I. Pre-Use Preparation
- Clean the target skin area (keep it dry, intact and free of inflammation), and remove oils and skincare products.
- Check that the red light therapy belt (power supply, belt body, buttons) is in good condition.
- Special groups (pregnant women, photosensitive individuals, people with bleeding tendencies, etc.) should consult a doctor before use.
II. Wearing & Positioning
- Place the LED side against the skin and wrap the belt around the target area (waist, abdomen, shoulders, back, etc.). Ensure a snug yet comfortable fit; it can be worn over thin clothing.
- Fasten with Velcro or buckles to guarantee full LED coverage of the treatment area.
- Connect to a compatible power supply or compliant power bank.
III. Parameter Settings
- Press the power button to turn on the device.
- Select the wavelength as needed (660nm for superficial care / 850nm for deep tissue repair, if the function is available).
- Start with low intensity for first-time use, then gradually increase the level.
- Set the timer for 10–30 minutes (15–20 minutes is the recommended duration for regular use).
- Activate optional auxiliary functions (heating ≤45℃, vibration, etc.) as required.
IV. Operation Process & Frequency
- Stay relaxed and minimize movement during use; avoid pressing the device.
- Frequency: 3–5 times a week for daily health maintenance; 1–2 times a day during pain relief periods. One treatment cycle lasts 4–8 weeks.
- Turn off the device, disconnect the power and remove the belt after use.
V. Cleaning & Storage
Inspect the device weekly; stop using it immediately if any abnormalities are detected.
Wipe the device with a clean soft cloth; use a small amount of neutral detergent for stubborn stains. Avoid water contact and keep the charging port dry.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high-temperature/humidity environments; do not fold the belt.
