1,OEM Service
MOQ: 500 sets for free customization. Orders below 500 sets require a mold/tooling fee:
– Single‑color logo silkscreen customization: 400 RMB.
– Packaging customization (color box + manual): 500 RMB.
Lead Time:
– Prototyping: 5–7 days.
– Mass production: 10–15 days after confirmation (exact timeline will be provided upon order).
2,ODM Service
MOQ and pricing are evaluated based on product functionality requirements and customization complexity. We recommend that clients provide either a sample of the target product or a detailed functional specification. After analysis, cost assessment for molds, and mass‑production feasibility evaluation, we will provide an accurate MOQ and quotation.

Our new products have applied for U.S. patent certification, which typically takes about 6 months to be granted.

Light‑based devices primarily target skin brightening, anti‑inflammation/acne reduction, and wrinkle reduction.
Please note:
Visible results typically require consistent use over a period of time.
Individual outcomes may vary based on skin type, condition, and usage adherence.

Basic Certifications:
All products in our series have passed common international compliance certifications such as CE, FCC, and ROHS, meeting the entry standards for major global markets. Complete certification reports are available for review.
Specialized Certifications:
Currently, 6 face mask products have successfully obtained 510K certification (supporting certificates and corresponding product images are available), providing medical‑grade safety endorsement.
Customized Certification Support:
If a required certification is not listed above, we can assist in obtaining the corresponding certification after order confirmation. We adopt a “production and certification parallel processing” approach, which does not extend the core delivery timeline. Specific certification types, costs, and timeframes will be communicated and confirmed in advance.

You should clean your device with a water-based wipe before every treatment. Baby wipes work great! Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol. Always softly wipe the LED side of the device and let air dry before starting treatment.

Yes. For applicable countries, VAT tax and/or customs & duties charges are included in the advertised pricing.

While red light therapy is very safe, our LED devices have not been specifically studied with pregnant or breastfeeding women. For this reason, we do not recommend the use of LED unless approved by your doctor.

Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various chemotherapy drugs. It is not advised to use LED light therapy if you have cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment. If you are unsure about any medications you may be taking, please consult your healthcare provider.

Yes, some users might feel a slight warming sensation, but this warming effect is usually minimal. Since your body produces natural warmth, having the device so close to your body can create a warming sensation. Your device should never feel hot to the touch.
